Shipping and cancellations Orders received before 12:00 on Monday to Thursday will be processed for delivery within 3 working days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed next working day. In cases where the client believes that the delivery is delayed in such a way that it no longer wishes to supply the demand, it is the customer's responsibility to order cancellation, in accordance with Nordic Eco Smoke's purchase terms. Cancellation after the order has become available is not possible. In cases where orders have been dispatched, the customer is required to receive your order. Cancellation product or service purchased or prepared specifically for the customer, are not possible. Cancellation is not valid until the customer received confirmation from the Nordic Eco Smoke by e-mail.
Liability for defects Nordic Eco Smoke responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Nordic Eco Smoke bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Complaints Terms and withdrawal It is appropriate that the customer arrival check delivery to verify that this is true, and unimpaired. Claims will be customer contact Nordic Eco Smoke's complaint department by e-mail and provide order id and reason for complaint. In all cases where a product is returned to the Nordic Eco Smoke, the customer must first obtaining an RN (complaint number). Return deliveries shall then be clearly labeled with the RN. The customer should write received RN on the package patch so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products returned to the Nordic Eco Smoke should be treated as if they were flawless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that product is packaged in such a way so as not to be injured. For private consumers the customer is entitled to get freight paid on a valid return. In the case returned product is not valid and the customer has received a prepaid package patch to the mailing itself, charged shipping charge return. In cases where the return reason is complaints and errors cannot be detected, bace fee is 200 SEK + VAT + shipping return and the handling cost for the product. Nordic Eco Smoke reserves the right to replace defective products with equivalent products in the case identical goods is unavailable. Private Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to Distance Contracts. The right to cancel applies under that act only if the item and its original packaging can be returned in substantially unaltered. The product may not be used. Would consumers use their right of withdrawal, contact Nordic Eco Smoke for obtaining a RN. Return shipping is paid for by the consumer. For products that are custom made for specific customer, does not change the right, open purchase or withdrawal. If an item is damaged shipment Nordic Eco Smoke must be contacted within two days of information about compensation.
Not picked-up For consignments not cashed after which the package is returned to Nordic Eco Smoke, consumer is charged a fee of 250 SEK + VAT to cover the Nordic Eco Smoke's costs of transportation and administration.
Transportation Damaged Goods If a product from Nordic Eco Smoke is damaged in shipment, regardless of whether damage is visible or hidden, postal office must be notified immediately (020-340 340) no later than 7 days.
Force Majeure Event such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly event, and thus comparable event outside the Nordic Eco Smoke's, which are not reasonably have been foreseen, is attributable to force majeure, which means that the Nordic Eco Smoke is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. |
